Refunds or Exchanges

The products sold on this site are printed “on demand” which means that each individual item ordered is unique and produced only when ordered. The order itself initiates the production process and therefore, costs are incurred by us at that time. Because of this, refunds and exchanges are not supported if items were ordered in the wrong size, or color, or because a customer simply changed his or her mind. However, if the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or refund (minus shipping costs) within 30 days of product delivery. Please contact us at and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
